Shop Policies

Processing time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items — including custom signs, custom shirts, custom totes, and zipper pouches — may require 5–7 business days to create before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping time: Standard shipping via USPS or UPS typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Made By Mindy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Local pickup: Local pickup is not currently available. All orders are shipped.

Custom and personalized items: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales on custom and personalized items are final. This includes custom signs, custom shirts, custom totes, zipper pouches, and any item made specifically to your specifications. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Ready-to-ship items: Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Color and variation disclaimer: Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, wood grain, placement, or finish are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects. Screen colors may also vary slightly from the actual product.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

If you opt in, we may also send occasional promotional emails about new products or special offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Sharing your information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your shipping address with our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Handmade nature of products: Our products are handmade with care. Slight variations in color, wood grain, placement, lettering, or finish are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative; your item may vary slightly.

Custom orders: Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that all personalization details (names, dates, wording, colors) are correct. Made By Mindy is not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer. Please review your order confirmation carefully.

Intellectual property: All original designs, photos, logos, and website content are the property of Made By Mindy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Order cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel a ready-to-ship order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order ships.

Right to refuse: Made By Mindy reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, contain inappropriate personalization requests, or otherwise violate our policies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
